Carson’s Cove exists to provide unique, high-quality jewelry-making components at
reasonable prices for jewelry designers.
Founder Hannah Glover began her journey in the jewelry industry in 2012, where she
quickly became frustrated with the lack of artisan-quality offerings and variety available
to makers. She wanted charms and pendants that didn’t feel mass-produced—pieces
that carried a sense of artistry, intention, and soul.
In 2015, Hannah set out to learn about the world of component design and
manufacturing. Along the way, she studied metalsmithing and metal sculpting, which
became the foundation of how each Carson’s Cove piece is designed today.
Every component is created with a focus on craftsmanship, detail, and artistic
expression—bridging handmade artistry with functional jewelry-making supplies.
Carson’s Cove Designs is the result of years of dedicated work, training, manufacturer
visits, investment in specialized tools and machinery, and creative development that
culminates in the creation of our jewelry components.
All Carson’s Cove designs are proprietary and may not be reproduced, copied, or
manufactured outside of Carson’s Cove.
The best way to stay updated is to sign up for restock notifications directly on the
product page when an item is out of stock. This ensures you’ll be among the first to
know when it becomes available again.
Most items are typically restocked within 2–4 weeks, though timing may vary. If you
need a more specific timeframe, feel free to email us—we’re happy to help.
We also offer pre-orders on out-of-stock items with a minimum of 25 pieces. This is a
great way to secure inventory ahead of restocks.
If you signed up for notifications but didn’t receive one, please check your spam folder
and mark the email as “Not Spam.”
In some cases, yes—if the original mold is still available.
Discontinued items are made by special request and require a minimum order of 25
pieces. Pieces may be mixed across Carson’s Cove finishes. Production typically takes
2–6 weeks.
Please note: Orders must include all items produced from the mold, which may result in
a quantity higher than originally requested.
We do not have order minimums for standard website purchases.

Yes. Discounts are based on total order value, so items may be mixed freely.
For pre-orders or special orders requiring a 25-piece minimum, items may be combined
across our existing Carson’s Cove finishes.
Our pricing reflects material costs, metal market fluctuations, mold creation, tooling,
labor, and production expenses.

Yes. We offer volume-based discounts:

10% off orders of $50+
20% off orders of $100+

Yes, you may change or cancel your order as long as it has not entered processing.
Once an order has entered processing or has been assigned tracking, we are unable to
make changes.
If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will automatically refund any
unavailable items. While we do our best to maintain accurate inventory, occasional
discrepancies may occur.
Yes. Priority and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
If you need to upgrade after placing your order, you may contact us and we can send an
invoice for the additional shipping cost.
Priority orders are processed first whenever possible, including expedited and next-day
shipping selections.
Yes. Carson’s Cove designs and manufactures custom jewelry components for your
brand.
We also offer modifications to existing designs; however, these are considered custom
work and are subject to feasibility.

Our pieces are made from lead-free pewter or lead-free brass and finished with various
plating options.
Yes. All Carson’s Cove components are lead-free.
Yes. Our components are intended for use in finished jewelry pieces that you design
and sell.
However, Carson’s Cove designs are proprietary and may not be reproduced, copied, or
manufactured outside of Carson’s Cove.
Slight variations may occur between batches due to the nature of our materials and
processes. This can include differences in plating finishes or natural stone variation.
We work hard to accurately represent each item and note any expected variations in
product descriptions.
Our plating is durable, but like all plated jewelry, it may wear over time with regular use.
To extend the life of your pieces:
- Avoid water, perfume, and lotions
- Store in a dry place
- Consider using a clear sealant spray for added protection
Skin pH levels can also affect wear over time.
We recommend keeping a variety of jump ring sizes on hand. The correct size depends
on both the charm loop and the chain being used.
Having multiple sizes available helps ensure smooth production and flexibility in design.
Orders are typically processed same day or next business day.
Orders placed after 5 PM on Fridays or over the weekend will ship the following
Monday.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time and may vary during peak
seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
Yes.
Duties and taxes are typically collected at checkout for a seamless delivery experience.
International shipping rates are set by the carriers and are based on the destination
country and package details. Transit times can vary significantly depending on location,
time of year, and global shipping conditions outside of our control.
If you qualify for EUB2B and provide a valid VAT number, we will refund the coordinating
fees—please email us after placing your order.
Orders over $500 may require signature confirmation to help prevent loss or theft.
